Great position near the slopes, perfect for families who love skiing. The activities organized during the evenings were fantastic. the restaurant served an excellent selection of food.

The overall condition of the hotel seemed decaying, and could use a renovation. The noise from other guests after dark could be disruptive.

The hotel is not well maintained, and the building needs a spruce-up. In the room, there was only one power socket which was very inconvenient. The staff wasn't very helpful during our check-out, which led to some confusion. the location was great for skiing and the view was stunning. However, the hotel needs some serious attention and the rooms should have more power sockets. The staff also needs to be more accommodating during the check-out process, especially during busy periods like Easter.
